80% recovered from a "horrific" past week or so...on top of what I did this morning, I was bored so I thought I'd demonstrate a modified pull up (in my own humble way) that I don't know if this is similar to Rob's pull up... What sucks about this is this was my 4th attempt at this in less than 5 minutes. I already did 3 sets of 8 as it was...the first one was a trial, the 2nd one had my shirt off (I'm a shy dude..hahah) and the third one...my kids were running around. Sorry if it looked like I was pooped (actually I was)....:)
At least I got some back work done today!!!

Great stuff Andy. Keep up the hard work. The progress you made during the contest is amazing. Glad to see you're back on your workouts after being sick. Keep at it and see you on the forum.
