Had to add this here...I wish I had a paper for proof, but this was in the early stages of losing weight...but it almost looked like very slow progress here...Should still be a flabby 225 right here. Again, looking at this I still cannot believe this was taken only months after my 3rd son was born in April of 2007....geewhiz - this is all in less than a year ago. Sorry...I had to crop it out because of a pretty bad hair day. especially when I had this picture taken in my PJs...:)
