Enjoy the Summer Andy, we are heading into autumn down under which i am excited about love this time of year ... but more strength/weight stuff for me now .....
Interestingly the workouts I'm doing are still strength based but really keeping a close eye on my nutrition more than anything. It's easier for me that way and I've already lost 2 lbs so far.
Less time in the gym the better...so hopefully I'll let the nutrition take care of itself for the most part.
Thanks Alex for the visit my friend...always good to hear from you and Fred from time to time.

Andy, what do your meals usually consist of? Are you still eating any traditional Filipino foods and rice? I love my adobo and kare kare but I'm pretty sure they're fat laden enough to keep fat loss from happening.
Hi Jay...i know where you're coming from...and i too love adobo and kare kare...and white rice too. ON a true lean out...I usually reserve those eatings on a weekend day. But during the week, adobo can be customized some where you don't get all the added grease and fat...but kare kare on the other hand...that's kind of tough. But generally, I would eliminate the white rice all week and re-introduce it one weekend day and it's back to day 1 again, portion controlled, natural foods at best. It's impossible to be 100% compliant, so I always shoot for 80-90% most of the time.
