Got to work early this morning for a pretty nice off day routine consisting of some core work and bb complexes, followed by some cardio on the treadmill in the end:

Big Circles (35 lb Plate)
Corkscrews with a 15 lb DB
Stab Ball J Knives
Side planks
Hanging Leg raises
Planks with arms on Ball
BB Torque Twists (135 lb)
II. BB complex
3 rounds
- 45 lb Bar
10 reps/exercise
Deadlift
High Pull
Overhead press
Goodmornings
Rows
III. One mile run under 10 minutes (I suck.)
Stretching.
